(加影21日讯)汇集了吃喝玩乐于一堂的“星洲情义嘉年华”,这一站来到了加影育华小学,并将于11月2日(星期六)早上7时热烈引爆!
上述活动由加影育华小学及星洲日报一起联办,现场将设有约100个义卖多样化物品的摊位,还设有多项游戏供大家参与,一起来收集不同的印章,以兑换奖品。
郭维权:筹办公室行政室装修费
家协主席郭维权透露,举办此次嘉年华的主要目的是为了筹募教师办公室及行政室的装修费用,目标是15万令吉。<br />

他说,由于该校的教师办公室空间不足,显得十分凌乱,该校决定在年杪的学校长假时进行教师办公室的装修及提升硬体设施工作,为老师们提供一个舒适的办公环境。
“我们也期望教师办公室得到提升后,可让他们更努力及专注在教育工作。至于行政室的装修工作,预计在明年展开。”

他表示,筹委会正尽力地去寻找更多的赞助,希望该嘉年华可往“裸捐”方向进行,让该校尽快达成筹款目标。<br />

杨伟胜:<br />
改善部分设施
董事会财政杨伟胜表示,教师办公室的范围较窄且晒,因此校方去年在办公室内安装了冷气,稍稍改善办公室的环境,但还有部分设施需要改善,如今希望可直接整顿及装修好教师办公室。
也是乌鲁冷岳客家公会会长的杨伟胜说,届时该公会也会赞助一些客家美食,在嘉年华上义卖。
林泽民:校友会与学校密不可分
育华学校校友会副主席林泽民表示,育华小学时乌冷县内唯一一所国民型华小,该校的成绩及课外活动的表现都不逊色,而校方一直都不遗余力的推广中华文化。
他说,经过大家的努力,校友会与学校的关系密不可分,校友们也十分关注学校的发展,对于这次的活动,校友会也放手让校友会青年团去大展拳脚。<br />

刘耀庆:<br />
召集校友凝聚力量
同时,育华学校校友会青年团团长刘耀庆表示,该团负责召集校友们,透过这个机会让校友们凝聚起来,一起参与筹备工作,包括售票及安排游戏摊位等。
他说,校友们的反应都十分热烈,大家也都踊跃响应此次的活动,成为筹备活动的一员或是志工。
刘扬云:让孩子成为“小摊主”
家长代表刘扬云表示,很多家长领养了嘉年华的摊位,由于许多家长都有经营生意,因此也会赞助物品,并打算让孩子们成为“小摊主”,家长从旁协助。
“透过这次的活动,让孩子们体验买卖的过程,并培养对金钱的观念,同时也可让他们学习与他人交流的方法,相信会是一个很宝贵的经验。”

邀家长居民到场支持
筹委会主席曾达伟表示,整个筹备过程得到了各方人士的协助,他们也会更加努力去备,希望得到家长们及附近居民的支持,当天可前来参与嘉年华活动。

(吉隆坡4日讯)教育部长拿督斯里马哈兹尔卡立通过社交媒体宣佈,由于国内烟霾情况严重,全国地区除了纳闽直辖区、吉兰丹、沙巴及砂拉越州的学校,皆从明日(週一)起停课两天,即10月5日及6日。 另外,吉打、登嘉楼及柔佛州学校于今日的下午班必须取消。 教育部长也指出,停课两天的学校无需进行补课。 无论如何,他说,所有政府会考包括PT3、SPM、STAM以及STPM都不会展期,而教育部会派发口罩给考生。除非烟霾进入紧急状态,教育部将监督后再另作决定。<br />

Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) amat prihatin terhadap isu pelaksanaan Pentaksiran Berasaskan Sekolah (PBS) yang telah dibangkitkan oleh guru-guru.</div>

PBS merupakan dasar yang melibatkan pentaksiran secara menyeluruh (holistik) terhadap pencapaian murid yang terangkum menerusi empat komponen pentaksiran iaitu Pentaksiran Sekolah (PS), Pentaksiran Aktiviti Jasmani, Sukan dan Kokurikulum (PAJSK), Pentaksiran Psikometrik (PPsi) dan Pentaksiran Pusat (PP).</div>

Jemaah Menteri pada Disember 17, 2010 telah bersetuju supaya PBS dilaksanakan sebagai sebahagian daripada program transformasi pendidikan. Pengoperasian PBS mula dilaksanakan di sekolah rendah pada sesi persekolahan tahun 2011 dan sekolah menengah pada sesi persekolahan tahun 2012.</div>

Ini adalah kerana guru-guru menyatakan bahawa mereka dibebankan dengan kesibukan mengisi dan merekodkan penilaian pelajar ke dalam sistem komputer berpusat yang menjadi bebanan kepada mereka, manakala ibubapa pula tidak pasti bagaimana murid dinilai terutama pelajar tingkatan 3 tahun ini yang merupakan kohort pertama melalui PBS.</div>

Guru seterusnya mentaksir perkembangan pembelajaran murid berdasarkan pemerhatian dan penilaian mereka sendiri dengan merujuk kepada Panduan Perkembangan Pembelajaran Murid tersebut.</div>

Dengan yang demikian, guru tidak lagi dibebankan dengan pengumpulan data dan evidens hasil kerja murid melalui pernyataan evidens yang terlalu kompleks.</div>

Bagi memastikan guru memberi fokus terhadap pengajaran dan pembelajaran, guru tidak perlu lagi mengisi data penguasaan murid menerusi SPPBS secara online seperti sebelum ini. Guru boleh merekodkan perkembangan pembelajaran murid secara offline.</div>

Menerusi PBS juga, peperiksaan Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) di Tingkatan 3 akan digantikan dengan Pentaksiran Tingkatan 3 (PT3). Ini bermakna tiada peperiksaan berpusat untuk pelajar Tingkatan 3 yang akan dilaksanakan di peringkat sekolah.</div>

PT3 bagi mata pelajaran Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan instrumen pentaksiran ujian bertulis dan ujian lisan. Manakala mata pelajaran <em>Science</em>, <em>Mathematics</em>, Pendidikan Islam, Kemahiran Hidup, Bahasa Arab, Bahasa Cina, Bahasa Tamil, Bahasa Iban dan Bahasa Kadazandusun akan menggunakan instrumen pentaksiran ujian bertulis sahaja. Mata pelajaran Sejarah dan Geografi pula akan ditaksir menggunakan pelbagai instrumen seperti tugasan bertulis (assignment), ujian amali (practical test), projek, kajian lapangan (field study) atau kajian kes (case study). </div>

Melalui PT3, pihak sekolah akan mentadbir, mentaksir dan memberi skor terhadap pentaksiran tersebut berpandukan instrumen dan panduan peraturan penskoran yang setara (standardised) yang disediakan oleh pihak Lembaga Peperiksaan (LP). LP dan pentaksir luar yang dilantik oleh LP akan melaksanakan moderasi dan verifikasi sebelum pelaporan dikeluarkan.</div>

Moderasi ialah suatu proses menyelaras markah yang diberi oleh beberapa orang pemeriksa ke atas hasil kerja murid bagi mendapatkan satu markah yang dipersetujui bersama. Persetujuan ini adalah berdasarkan peraturan pemarkahan yang disediakan dan merupakan prosedur untuk memastikan ketekalan (konsistensi) pemberian markah antara pemeriksa. Verifikasi pula ialah proses menentusahkan markah yang diperoleh murid adalah markah yang selayaknya diterima.</div>

Selain daripada itu, KPM juga akan mengadakan latihan bagi meningkatkan kemahiran guru memeriksa jawapan murid.</div>

Menurut Timbalan Perdana Menteri, antara masalah itu ialah berhubung sambungan sistem capaian dan penggunaan alat merekodkan prestasi pencapaian yang tidak dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik.</div>

"Sama ada PBS akan ditangguh atau diteruskan akan diputuskan dalam satu mesyuarat yang bakal diadakan dalam masa terdekat," katanya yang juga Menteri Pendidikan dalam sidang akhbar, di sini hari ini.</div>

"Kita fikir perlu dan sesuai untuk menangguhkan seketika sehingga sistem tersebut boleh beroperasi secara kemas dan lancar," katanya.</div>

Ditanya tentang dakwaan laporan polis yang dibuat dua anggota Dewan Undangan Negeri di Negeri Sembilan bahawa terdapat tinjauan seks dijalankan di sebuah sekolah rendah di Nilai, Idris berkata beliau telah maklum mengenai perkara itu tetapi masih menunggu maklumat lanjut sebelum boleh mengulas. </div>
